Sister School is in session.
We are opening Sister School because we know something in our bones that our culture desperately needs: the sister wound is not just personal heartbreak. It's the wound that's keeping us from building the world we say we want.
How can we create a new world where women are remembering their power both individually and collectively, if we're still operating from patriarchal programming that requires us to comply to an old system? How can we build sisterhood if we're unconsciously or consciously competing, comparing, judging, and isolating from one another? How can we be the architects of a new world when we haven't healed the ancient fractures between women?
This is the work that comes first. This is the foundation. This is the forward. This is how you do your part.
This is urgent work because we want to see it in our lifetimes and we want this for our children and our relations. Because the world needs women who know how to show up for one another and themselves.

The November Intensive
We are inviting you into a 3-day introduction to Sister School. This is the beginning. This includes a 1-day intensive + 1-day healing ceremony + virtual integration closing.

FRIDAY · SANTA ROSA
Spend all day Friday in reflection and self-care.
We will offer you personal and effective ways to show up in relationship to yourself and the women in your life in an applicable way that teaches you how to expand into love with clarity and safety. There will be movement, delicious food, group activities, and new ways to come together in community. You will leave with different ways to think, behave and participate in your life.
Through this day of reflection and learning, you'll identify the very specific ways you may be in opposition to sacred sisterhood and perpetuating the sister wound, so you can make a prayer to let go of that and become the sister you want to be as well as make a prayer for the sisters you want in your life. You come to Saturday's ceremony with clarity about what you're here to heal, what sister relationships need tending and upgrading, and what you want to learn about showing up differently with women.

SATURDAY · SANTA ROSA
Spend all day Saturday in community and the retreat of ceremony.
This ceremony is also open for people outside of our Sister School circle to come and pray. We find this very helpful to include everyone in this prayer and to witness one another. Remember, this is all for everyone ultimately.

TUESDAY · SANTA ROSA
Close and integrate on Tuesday.
On Zoom, we will gather again to integrate what you learned, answer questions, and prepare you for what comes next.
★ WHAT YOU’LL RECEIVE ★
Learn from our 20-year sisterhood.
For the past 20 years, we have been healing the sister wound together. For 17 of those years, we've been committed to healing our lives in ceremonies. For the past 10 years, we've been facilitating healing ceremonies for women and men, creating the safe and sacred container to come make a prayer for your life, witnessing transformation, and learning what it actually takes to show up for one another with reverence, honesty, and unwavering presence. In addition we have found that we have received a bounty of wisdom that we are compelled to share.
We are business partners, soulmates, and twin-flame spirit sisters. We will share how we recognized one another and how we have navigated jealousy, misunderstanding, competition, hurt feelings, difficult conversations, sobriety, the relationships with the men in our lives, co-dependency, and more. What we discovered is how to hold love and our commitment to telling the truth without exception at the center of it all. This is not theory. This is lived, embodied wisdom. We will show you how to create safe, deeply supportive, expansive, and elevating relationships with the women in your life and yourself.
Identify the programming you're carrying.
Patriarchal conditioning. Misogyny. White supremacy. Female competition. Comparison. Judgment. These aren't things you've done "wrong"—they're things that were done TO us, installed so deep we can't even see them. We will help you see them. And more importantly, we will help you know you can choose differently.
Receive individual attention and channeled guidance from Erika and Natalie.
This is intimate work. You will have our undivided attention on your specific material. It's the material you bring and the truths that you tell that will be the connection points. Throughout the weekend, you will receive focused channeling and wisdom directed specifically at what you came to heal and learn. It's personal. You'll be given a opportunity to map out what you are coming for before we meet on Friday.

This is for women who are ready to commit. Ready to show up, be present, be vulnerable. This is for women who have a prayer to live courageously in the mystery and the unknown, and who are able to receive correction from other women when they are off track. This is for women who have a prayer to trust women. This is for women who are ready to know exactly what they're responsible for and clear enough to live it.
This is for women who are willing to be seen. Who are tired of performing. Who want to know what it feels like to be loved for exactly who you are, not who you think you should be. And ready to learn how to accept yourself and others for exactly as is.
This is for women who want to change the game. Who know in their bones that the sister wound is real, and who are willing to do the deep work to heal it—not for themselves alone, but for the future generations, the women coming after them, and for the bigger vision of a better world for all.
This is for women who pray for sisterhood. This is for women who are sure they want it but not sure how. Maybe you've been hurt by women in the past. Maybe you've done the hurting and carry that weight. Maybe you want to have more intimacy with the women in your life. Maybe you just know there's more and there has to be a better way. If you're in prayer for true sisterhood, this is for you.
Come alone. Come with your sisters. Either way, you will find the tools, the teaching, and the container to be in sacred relationship.
